Ir. AKHMAD HAMBALI. MT., is lecturer in Telkom University Bandung for more than 20 years. He was born on 10 August 1967 in Medan and now lives in Margahayu Raya Barat C3 No. 81 E Bandung. He can be contacted on telephone number 085100464946 He graduated from Electro Department University of Indonesia and received his Master majoring in Opto Electrotecnics and Laser Application in Technical Department University of Indonesia – FTUI. His expertise is on Fiber Optic communication and installation. On the practical aspect Mr. Hambali worked on the project Pembuatan Konten Knowledge Management Jaringan Akses PT. TELKOM in Bandung. He had become planning expert staff on KOMINFO RI project. Now he is very active in providing fiber optic cable installation training. He has attended to several Fiber Optic courses such as :
